Event Details
Entrants must register to secure their event fuel credit and source fuel during Challenge Bathurst.

The event fuel credit is only available if you have registered your details,
completing the fuel registration in full.
Once the event has started and you have been issued a fuel card: If you have an
incident or mechanical issue that is not fuel related, you may no longer need
the fuel that is offered as your event fuel credit, both RaceFuels and the ACCC
views this situation as a change of mind, you are still responsible for your
purchase.
In the instance of a mechanical issue that is not fuel related our advice in
this situation is to:
Collect the fuel that has been ordered
or
Have a contact collect the fuel that has been ordered on your behalf
or
Request a quote for freight for delivery from the event to your base
or
request for a quote to freight your fuel back to RaceFuels base for collection
or
Surrender your purchase
